Bdaji Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Policy

Bdaji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions serve as the legal agreement between bdaji and its members.

By opening an account or using any service on bdaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bdaji's services.

Bdaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revision date on this page will be updated and registered members will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each individual may hold only one account on bdaji. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate and genuine. bdaji reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false information. Members may be required to submit a copy of their National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

• Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to bdaji support immediately.
• Devices and IP addresses associated with accounts are monitored on a regular basis.
• Account balances are non-transferable and are for the sole use of the registered account holder.
• If multiple members of the same household use bdaji, each person should have a separate device and payment method.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any service on bdaji. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

Bdaji may request identity verification for age checks at any time. bdaji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Parents and guardians should ensure that minors cannot access this platform.

All major mobile banking services in Bangladesh are supported for deposits and withdrawals on bdaji. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may not be processed without completed KYC verification.
• bdaji reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• During peak periods, withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Only one bonus can be active on an account at a time.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawing before meeting a bonus's wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• bdaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.

All betting activity on bdaji is conducted in accordance with international betting regulations. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Pre-match bets are not accepted once a match has kicked off.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If a match is completely cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a selection in an Accumulator bet is voided, that selection will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• bdaji reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair and proper operation of the bdaji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through match fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using another person's account or selling your account to a third party.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Any attempt to use bdaji for money laundering.
• Deliberately identifying odds errors and placing abnormal bets to exploit them.

Bdaji treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and the delivery of required services.

• bdaji is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway issue, bdaji will make every effort to resolve it but cannot provide a guarantee.
• bdaji is not responsible for any losses caused by issues with a user's own device.
